All this is always welcome, although what worries us most is that MIUI 12 is fast on our Xiaomi mobile . This is not always possible as standard and we have to be the ones to modify settings to achieve it.

For this reason, there are those who have created a script to cleaning and speed up Xiaomi smartphones. This method works with all versions of the MIUI 11 e 12: if it doesn't work, try to report it in the comments. That said, here are the steps to follow:

1. From a smartphone, activate Developer Options
   1. To do this, go to "System Settings / Info" And click several times on the item"MIUI Version"
2. Go to "Settings / Additional Settings / Developer Options"
3. Activate the toggle "USB Debugging" And those for"Install via USB" And"USB Debugging (Security Settings)"(A SIM may be required to do this)
4. Connect the smartphone to the PC

How to clean MIUI

1. From PC, download the script e download ADB, then extract the archive and put the script in the obtained folder (called "platform-tools")
2. Run the script and you will have several options available
3. With voice # 1 you can uninstall one by one all the MIUI apps that are not needed in western MIUI, with voice # 2 the Google apps, and with voice # 3 all the other superfluous apps
4. With item # 4 you can delete all the apps included in items # 1, # 2, and # 3 in one click, I advise you not to do it because otherwise, you will have to reinstall all the Google apps (unless you use them, but I doubt it)

Compatibility: The tool runs perfectly on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 (32 bit and 64 bit).
